Introduction to Director Col Sanjay Dadhania (retired)
Col Sanjay Dadhania is the esteemed Director of Prarthana Global Sainik School. With a distinguished career spanning 32 years in the Indian Army, Col Sanjay Dadhania brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Director.
Military Background
Alumnus of Sainik School Balachadi, a proud graduate of the National Defence Academy and Indian Military Academy, Col Sanjay Dadhania has served in various staff and command appointments in the Army Air Defence Corps and Indian Air Force on deputation. His specialization in the SAM OSA-AK missile system is a testament to his technical expertise.
Leadership Experience
As the Commander of a Training Company at AIr Defence Training Centre Col Sanjay Dadhania was responsible for shaping the next generation of soldiers, imparting valuable skills and discipline to recruits. His leadership and mentorship played a pivotal role in molding young minds and preparing them for the challenges of military life.
Operational Experience
COL Sanjay Dadhania has also served in Counterinsurgency Operations in Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir, demonstrating his bravery, strategic thinking, and commitment to national security. His experience in these high-pressure environments has equipped him with a unique understanding of the complexities of modern warfare and understanding of military leadership and military psychology.
He has taken part in Operation Parakram in Bikaner sector when Indian Armed Forces were mobilized in a war like situation with Pakistan in 2001.
He took part in Operation Vijay in the Rajasthan sector during the Kargil Operation.
