Administration
- The administration of New Sainik Schools (NSS) is vested in the Board of Governors, Sainik Schools Society under the Chairmanship of the Union Minister of Defence. The Chief Minister/ Education Minister of the State in which the schools are located are also members of the Board of Governors.
- Sainik School Balachadi is the mentor school for Prarthana Global Sainik School. Principal, Sainik School Balachadi (Mentor School) is the guide and mentor for Prarthana Global Sainik School, Modasa (Mentee School) as per Rules and Regulations-2022 for New Sainik Schools (NSS) and subsequent policies issued from time to time.
- In addition, each school is administered by School Management Committee which deals with the day-to-day administration of the school and ensures the implementation of general policy laid down by the Sainik Schools Society.
- The school has a well-qualified staff headed by a retired Defence Service Officer of the rank of Colonel or equivalent as Director, Educationist as Principal and Managing Director of Administration respectively.
- Board Of Governors (BOG)
The overall administration, supervision and control of the Sainik School Society vests with a body called the Board of Governors, Sainik Schools. The Board is constituted as indicated here under:
