REMITTANCE OF FEES, & INCIDENTAL CHARGES

Dear parents,

  • As you know the school fees is to be paid to school by the parents at the beginning of the academic year. As per the board of Governors, Sainik School Society, Ministry of Defence directive all students (including scholarship holders) have to pay full fee at the beginning of the academic year. Gujarat / Other State Government scholarship / Defense scholarship: as and when sanctioned and amount released, it will be certified to students’ account.
  • Fees will Remain same for all the classes of VI, VII and VIII
  • Details of Charges mentioned below to be paid in one lump sum at the beginning of the session (non-refundable):

  1. This being the 1st year of the school fee structure, it will be amended for the next year as per the experience. 
  2. Expenditures will be carried out from above heads as per the requirement, same can vary and transferred to Various funds this being the first year.
  3. The cost of uniforms, mufti, PT and games dress, shoes for school dress, PT, games, etc., is included in above fees which will be provided by the school after procuring centrally to keep the uniformity in uniform to keep the norms of Sainik School Curriculum
  4. A list of private clothing to be brought by cadets will be provided to them in time
